Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry, site-visit and requirement forms: your name, phone number with country code and email address. Some forms also ask for optional details such as the project you are interested in, configuration, budget, buying timeline, purpose, a message and a preferred visit date and time. We also record the page the form was sent from, and the IP address and time, to stop spam. There are no user accounts on this website and we never collect payment or card details here.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry: calling, messaging (SMS or WhatsApp) or emailing you about the projects you asked about and related M3M projects, sending price sheets and floor plans, and arranging site visits. By submitting a form you agree to be contacted this way even if your number is on the DND/NDNC registry, as each form states.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with our own sales team and, where needed to handle your enquiry or booking, with the developer (M3M India and its project companies), or when the law requires it.

Cookies and third parties

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Some pages load third-party services that may set their own cookies under their own policies: Google Fonts, Google Maps, and YouTube, which loads only after you press play on a video.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are helping you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Call or WhatsApp +91 93553 02055 and we will act on it within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who need your details to reply can see them.

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Changelog: 30 September 2026, first version published.
