M3M India Wins 12.5-Acre Noida Sector 108 Land Parcel
M3M India was the highest bidder for a 12.5-acre land parcel in Noida's Sector 108 at ₹1,839 crore, against the Noida Authority's bid price of ₹835 crore, Moneycontrol reported. With stamp duty and other charges of nearly ₹150 crore, the total outlay is expected to be close to ₹2,000 crore. DLF was also among the bidders.

HRERA Gurugram Extends Project Completion Dates by Four Months
HRERA Gurugram has given eligible projects a four-month extension, citing disruptions from the West Asia situation. Under the order dated 11 August, completion dates falling on or after 28 February 2026 move by four months automatically. Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, said the extension gives developers operational flexibility, CNBC-TV18 reported.

M3M India will invest ₹600 crore in Capital Financial Center, a 22-storey commercial tower on about 1.42 acres within the 250-acre Smart City Delhi Airport. It has 165 units, including 152 office spaces, 6 multiplex units and 7 retail units. A global aviation company has taken about 75,000 sq. ft., The Economic Times reported.

Gurugram Airport Metro DPR Proposes Five Underground Stations
DMRC's merged draft DPR for a 20-km underground metro from Yashobhoomi to Rajiv Chowk, estimated at ₹13,500 crore, has reached HMRTC, The Tribune reported. Stations are Bijwasan, Kapashera, Sector 22, IFFCO Chowk and Rajiv Chowk. Robin Mangla of M3M India cited Rapid Metro's 9.4% ridership growth in the first five months of 2026.

Haryana Approves ₹29 Crore Six-Lane Road in New Gurugram
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini approved ₹29 crore to widen a 2.4-km road between Naurangpur and Rampura Chowk, through Sectors 78, 79 and 80, into a six-lane corridor, Aaj Tak reported. Stalled since 2016, the work is to start in August and take about two years, with service roads and drainage.

Gurugram-Rewari Highway to Cut Travel Time to 45 Minutes
